    probleme plata itunnes

    Am o problema cu itunes.Am cumparat aplicatii din app store cu un card visa iar apoi am sters codul format din 3 cifre.Acum chiar daca introduc acelasi cod real si valid spune ca:your payment method was declined.
    Am facut alt card de data asta un mastercard si e aceasi eroare.
    Nu mai pot cumpara si descarca de vreo luna nici aplicatiile gratuite sau update.

    Am primit un raspuns de la apple.Nu au rezolvat nimic dar trebuie sa verific daca adresa din app store e la fel cu adresa de pe card.
    Daca nu reusesc traiasca jailbreakul!
    Daca cineva intampina aceasta problema ve-ti primi acest raspuns:

    Paul-Adrian, the iTunes Store has been unable to verify an authorization from your credit card company. There are several possible reasons for this:

    - You may need to call your credit card company before the authorization is approved.

    - You may need to ensure that you correctly located the credit card's security code. To see instructions for locating the security code, choose View My Account from the iTunes Store menu, sign in to your account, click Edit Payment Information, and then click the "What is this?" link next to the Security Code field.

    Make the necessary changes. Your billing address should be exactly the same as the address on your credit card statement. This is important, because even differences in punctuation, abbreviation, and capitalization can cause payment errors that might prevent you from using the iTunes Store.

    Please follow these steps to confirm or update your account information:

    1) Go to the My Apple ID site at:

    http://appleid.apple.com/

    2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.

    3) Click the "Manage your account" link.

    4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.

    5) Click "Addresses" in the left column.

    6) Confirm or edit your information.

    7) Click "Phone Numbers" on the left. Make sure the area codes and phone numbers are entered correctly in their respective fields.

    8) Click Save Changes.

    Once your information is updated, try placing an order on the iTunes Store again. If the iTunes Store still cannot obtain an authorization for your card, it means that your billing information is still incorrect, either with your credit card company or with its verification system, which may be handled by another company.

    Your credit card may work on the Apple Store online (the Apple Store and the iTunes Store use different verification systems). If it does, you can buy iTunes Gift Cards and receive them by postal mail. The Apple Store online is located here:

    Salutare, am cumpărat aplicatia camera+, costa 0,79 eur , am plătit cu card visa ; nu mică mi-a fost mirarea cānd am văzut extrasul de cont , am fost taxat de 2 ori, o data cu 3,47 roni (ceea ce ar fi absolut corect) , dar mai apare o plata de 8,65 roni, plata pe care nu mi-o pot justifica.As fi vrut sa mai cumpăr si alte aplicații,dar nu mai am curaj.Stie cineva de ce am fost taxat in acest mod?adica aproape 3 euro in loc de 0,79 ?

    Nu stiu ce se intampla, ca si la mine la fel, exact aceleasi valori, dar alta aplicatie.
    "Nu fura !...Guvernul nu agreaza concurenta...!"

    Este ok. Suma 8.65 lei (2 eur) este doar blocata si nu va fi debitata. Dupa o perioada de pana la 30 zile suma va fi deblocata.
    Singurul tau dezavantaj este canu poti beneficia de acesti bani.

    Apple procedeaza in acest fel doar prima data dupa ce ti-ai introdus datele cardului. E un fel de verificare a cardului.

    Eu n-am avut astel de probleme, 0,79eur a costat, atat mi-a luat la cursul brd din aceea zi. Iar de fiecare data cand il folosesc,nu-l las salvat ci il sterg e ca o masura de precautie pr mn.

    Apple cica blocheaza 2 euro ca sa verifice daca e valid cardul. Problema e ca daca nu cumpar nimic cateva zile apoi achizitionez o aplicatie imi respinge cardul pina reintroduc datele complet. Imi blocheaza 2 euro vreo 30 zile cred apoi pot sa cumpar. Am patit insa ca am vrut sa cumpar igo primo europa si nu mi-a acceptat cardul in ruptul capului si de fiecare data cand am reintrodus datele mi-a blocat 2 euro. In prezent am blocati vreo 10 euro si tot nu am reusit. Am fost si la banca crezand ca e vreo limitare la tranzactionarea pe internet insa nu e. Probabil ca s-au fript cred eu cu ceva carduri din Romanica si sufla si in iaurt. Desi consider exagerat. O sa le scriu si eu dar nu cred sa se rezolve. Asa ca cum sa nu zici Traiasca Jailbreakul?!!!

    Gata am lamurit problema! Dupa lupte seculare in care am fost la banca, am scris la apple si unde am dat peste tot de diletanti, am rugat pe cel de la banca sa sune la cineva care se pricepe. Apple, desi cere codul CCV de pe card, TRANZACTIILE - platile - SUNT NESECURIZATE!!! Cardul meu avea limita zero pe acest tip de tranzactii insa puteam sa fac cumparaturi de 1-2 euro, nu mai mult! Cum mi-au ridicat-temporar am zis eu - restrictia a mers totul fara probleme. Bineinteles ca cel de la Apple nu a suflat o vorba ca platile la ei sunt NESECURIZATE! RUSINE APPLE!!!

    Pai nu am dedus eu, asa mi s-a spus de la banca. Limita de tranzactionare am modificat-o eu prin intermediul internet banking (era zero pe cele nesecurizate) si imediat am facut achizitia. Nu stiu exact ce inseamna securizat sau ne- insa pot sa banui ca pe o tranzactie nesecurizata ti se pot fura datele cardului mai usor. Cred ca de asta si bancile nu incurajeaza platile prin canale nesecurizate.

    De fapt am setat o limita de suma temporar ( o zi) ca sa pot face achizitia.

    Fenomenal! MI-au raspuns de la Apple un alt zapacit ca o sa imi returneze banii pe aplicatia Tapatalk (desi eu nu asta am reclamat!!!!)-problema era ca nu pot sa cumpar aplicatia IGO PRIMO EUROPA. este incredibil ce oameni au angajati acolo. Nu pot sa cred!

    Daca intampinati probleme cu cardurile de credit, puteti folosi US itunes gift card-uri pentru achizitionarea aplicatiilor. Tinand cont de paritatea US/Euro e chiar mai avantajos sa cumparati aplicatiile in USD.

    Am un card MasterCard si am in jur de 40 de euro pe el si imi spune your payment method was declined. please provide valid payment card information.... am toate campurile completate corect a mers sa cumpar de pe el acum 1 luna sa zic si acum nu mai merge, cardul este valid.

    Pai si ce, apple suporta si mastercard si a mers si acum nu mai merge, daca era ceva nu mergea deloc.
